After you submit your free property valuation form, our team at Beauty and the Lease will review your property and conduct a brief assessment to provide a quick estimate of its rental potential.
We’ll then contact you to share how much your property could earn on a monthly basis and arrange a viewing at a convenient time.
2. Agreement & Property Viewing
Once we’ve visited your property and confirmed that it meets our standards—and both parties are happy to move forward—we’ll provide our management agreement.
This agreement outlines our management terms, service fees, and any pre-agreed work we’ll carry out on your behalf.
At Beauty and the Lease we value flexibility and are happy to discuss any suggestions or preferences you may have.
3. Contract Signed & Onboarding
Once you’ve reviewed and signed the management agreement and are ready to proceed, we begin the onboarding process.
This involves collecting all essential information about your property, preparing it for optimal short-let performance, and ensuring it meets all legal requirements. Once onboarding is complete, Beauty and the Lease will start marketing your property and securing your first bookings!
4. Marketing & Optimisation
Once onboarding is complete and the property is set up on all the necessary systems, we will start to market the property and optimise all the OTA (online travel agent) listings on your behalf.
Your property will be marketed across all our direct platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok and of course direct email marketing to our mailing list of over 2000 guests!
